Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Quality Control: Verify item quantities and condition to ensure zero errors upon shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and move quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
