Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders from the warehouse floor with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Sort, organize, and stage products to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing to maintain high standards.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
