Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will be responsible for accurately selecting products and preparing them for shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction is met every time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners to locate inventory.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S Standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
