As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve items from shelves based on pick tickets and pack them securely for shipping using proper packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners to move products.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels are applied correctly.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with numbers and reading labels.

- Availability: Must be available for shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
