Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Verify product quantities against work orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting items accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
