Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
