Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certified), and conveyors, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S safety protocols.
- Sort, label, and organize inventory stock to ensure easy retrieval for the next shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow work orders and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling merchandise.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts (Day, Evening, or Night).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
