Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select and package merchandise using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock areas to maximize efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry and packing.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counts and pricing.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
