Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging.
- Load and unload shipments using hand trucks and dollies as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Verify product codes and quantities against packing slips.
- Perform light maintenance on packing equipment and report issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours/day).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
