Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class B preferred but willing to train candidates).
