Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, locate, and retrieve merchandise.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to meet daily KPIs.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality standards and are properly documented.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and process orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any discrepancies in inventory or orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
