Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
