Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all products are labeled, sorted, and staged correctly for outbound delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage and manage stock levels.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanners preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
