Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyor belts.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times by adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Unload trucks and verify freight against shipping manifests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
