Your Role:
You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly from receiving to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (5S methodology).
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and ensuring proper labeling.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
