Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Load & Unload:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete shipping labels, packing slips, and other required paperwork.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order picking and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a full-time schedule (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift available).
