Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders with high efficiency and attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required for warehouse transport tasks.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime and flexible shifts including weekends.
