Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in organizing and labeling storage areas for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading dock environment).
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
