Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to meet tight deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; however, we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime and flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
