Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and dock operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
