Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and be punctual.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
