Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Operate packaging machinery and ensure proper labeling and shipping documentation.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
