Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely handle packages, pallets, and inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packaging and Labeling: Accurately pack items for shipment and apply proper shipping labels.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently during the shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and weekdays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory checks.
- Reliability: Punctual with a history of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
