Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders, ensuring quality and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Basic education required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
