Responsibilities
- Execute daily order picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan barcodes and verify inventory.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily throughput targets and quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional overtime.
