Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Execute picking, packing, and labeling of orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes as required.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) as required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
