Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, railcars, and containers using proper equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
