Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after certification training
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid California driver's license preferred (forklift operation training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
