Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy against purchase orders
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counting processes
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
