Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label products to ensure timely and correct shipment to customers.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on material handling equipment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of clutter to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
