Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging items for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
