Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stow incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators regarding order priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends when required.
