Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise and materials.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Load and unload trucks using manual labor or powered equipment.
- Assist in inventory control by accurately counting stock and updating systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading dock/warehouse).
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
