Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
