Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock replenishment as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to scan barcodes and read labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
