Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using proper safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety compliance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate with team members.
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
