Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels are correct.
- Operate warehouse machinery and ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with team members to organize the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as business needs dictate.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
