Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using proper equipment.
- Packing & Shipping: Package products securely and prepare them for timely shipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, count inventory, and update records accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to minimize hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Basic reading and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (not always required for warehouse floor roles).
