Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure warehouse organization.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
