Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment using industrial equipment.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by following all 5S safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform regular cycle counts and identify any discrepancies in stock levels.
- Load Preparation: Safely load and secure products onto delivery trucks for regional distribution.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse machinery and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License (Class C) required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use barcode scanners and warehouse management software.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
