Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor dock areas.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
