Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for various tasks within the fulfillment center, from receiving inventory to shipping products. Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Inspect, sort, and package products for shipment or delivery.
- Maintain a high level of organization in the warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Antonio facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
