Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before and after processing.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and process paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand labels and barcodes.
