Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks quickly and safely to ensure timely delivery.
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for outbound orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
