Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Prepare pallets for shipping by properly wrapping, labeling, and staging orders.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to accurately pick and pack items.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and shipping deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery with proper training.
