Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Safely handle freight and inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders: Accurately pick, pack, and label merchandise for shipment.
- Inventory management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment maintenance: Perform basic safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Quality control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions precisely to ensure accuracy.
- Forced Labor Certification: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift license preferred.
