Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to load and unload shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Perform inventory counts and record stock levels accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but we will train.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
