Responsibilities
- Safely load/untractors and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., reach trucks, order pickers) with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
