Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory accurately to ensure easy retrieval.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding heavy lifting and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and recording.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
