Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts for optimal workflow
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing merchandise
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
